Suicide Prevention Trainings

Join us for suicide prevention trainings will take place on Tuesday, October 23, 2018. These trainings are optional and you can select which training you'd like to when you register for.

We are offering:

  • CEU's will be available upon check-in at the WSCOS depending on the training you will be attending.

  • 1 Professional Development Credit for educators through BSU will be available for attendance at both morning sessions and both afternoons of training for a total of 16 hours.

  • For anyone outside the State of Idaho, we suggest that you approach your licensing board with the agenda for the conference to see if this is something that it will approve.

safeTALK, about three hours in duration, is a training that prepares anyone over the age of 15 to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources. More Here
